How can I download H&R Block iPhone app? From your iPhone or iPod touch, you can search the App Store for Tax Answers or H&R Block. Or, if you're using a computer that has iTunes, download it from the iTunes Store. |

I've found the app but can't download/install The H&R Block app is integrated with Google Maps to provide easy directions to our offices. As a result, the app is only available for devices that use OS 3.0 or greater. You can connect your device to iTunes and download the latest operating system. |

I'm on OS 3.0 or greater, but I still can't download/install the app. What next? Everyone loves the IT answer: Turn your device off and try again... That's the best course of action for this issue. You may also want to make sure you have a strong cell phone or Wi-Fi signal. |

How do I use the iPhone App? The app has 5 main sections (the 4 options on the main menu and the information button). Touch the option you'd like, and follow the directions on the screen. If you are unsure which button to push, feel free to browse and experience the app's functionality. Click the menu options for what you're interested in learning more about, and if you're ready to return to the main menu, select the "back" button on the top left of your device. |

Unable to create an account Our community requires unique user names and e-mail addresses. If you try to use a user name that is already in use, you will be asked to choose a different name. If you receive a message that you're unable to connect to the H&R Block Get It Right Community, please check to see if you have mobile or Wi-Fi connectivity. If you do have a strong signal, we may be experiencing a temporary issue, so please try again at a later time. Lastly, please note the information buttons next to the username and password. There are minimum and maximum length requirements for these fields (minimum of 6 and maximum of 12). Also, be sure to check the accept Terms and Conditions box. |

I receive an error when using the iPhone app or the app keeps crashing. What should I do? The app should be giving straightforward directions on any specific issues you're encountering. However, if you are not receiving the appropriate responses to help solve the issue you're experiencing, close the app and reopen it. If that does not resolve the issue, exit the app, push the app's icon and hold until an "x" appears in the icon's top left corner, push the "x" to delete the app, and then download it again. |

How does the quiz work? The quiz is designed to help you get the answer right. If the answer you select is incorrect, that "answer" turns into try again. Pushing the "try again" button gives you another 30 second penalty, so select another answer. If you complete the quiz without seeing any try agains, then you answered all of the questions correctly. You can play the quiz again to answer more quickly and watch your high scores climb the list of best times. |
